The Check In ("the app") is a personal daily check-in tool. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
The app stores the names and phone numbers of contacts that the app owner manually enters, solely for the purpose of sending daily "I'm okay" check-in text messages.
Phone numbers are used only to send SMS check-in notifications via Twilio. We do not sell, share, or use this information for marketing or any other purpose.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Contact information is stored securely and is only accessible to the app owner.
Any contact may ask the app owner at any time to be removed from the check-in list, and their information will be deleted.
