The Check In is billed monthly at $2.99/month. Payments are non-refundable, including in the event of a missed or delayed check-in due to service outages, carrier delays, or technical issues. We work to keep the service reliable, but given the low cost of the subscription, we do not offer partial or full refunds for outages or downtime. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
